It was still quiet on the streets when I drove to the course on Saturday morning and I enjoyed the silence of the waking day.
There was also little going on in the dojo and there was still time for a nice conversation until the other karatekas arrived.
The course itself was characterized by exercises using techniques, step and block combinations that I was familiar with.
Since I only have the 6th Kyu and I wasn't allowed to train, I wrote down the exercises from the second unit as best I could so that I could train them later.
During my lunch break I finally tried the Japanese restaurant nearby and I remain a fan of the sushi, which is about 400m from my home.
